Scope with flexible metal shaft and protective plastic sheath; painted metal and chromium-plated brass proximal end has focusing eyepiece, glass lens, air and water studs, one instrument port with Luer-Lok fitting, one water port with Luer-Lok fitting, one polydirectional control handle with locking feature, and one forceps deflection lever; umbilical tube contains fiberoptic light bundle and air and suction tubes; scope shaft is graduated in decimeters; distal end has 9 cm. deflectable segment with one deflectable operating channel exit, fiberoptic visual bundle exit, fiberoptic light bundle exit, and air/water exits; Instrument marked: "GASTRO -- DUODENOSCOPE F5-A -- AMERICAN CYSTOSCOPE MAKERS, INC." |
