Two symmetrical nickel-plated metal blades joined by Collin's lock to form scissor-like instrument; handles have circular finger rings; shanks are straight and are flat on interior and rounded on exterior with ratchet closure near handles; jaws are of conical style and taper to fine, blunt point with one by two mouse-teeth; transverse serrations run full length of jaws. Marked: "COLLIN" and "BREVETE". |
