Flexible gastroscope. Scope with flexible metal shaft and protective plastic sheath; metal proximal end has focusing eyepiece, glass lens, air and water studs, one instrument port with Luer-Lok fitting, one water port with Luer-Lok fitting, one polydirectional control handle with locking feature, and one forceps deflection lever; umbilical tube contains fiberoptic light bundle and air and suction tubes; scope shaft is graduated in decimeters; distal end has 10 cm. deflectable segment with one deflectable operating channel exit, fiberoptic visual bundle exit, fiberoptic light bundle exit, and air/water exit; marked: "GASTRO- -- DUODENOSCOPE 5008 -- AMERICAN CYSTOSCOPE MAKERS, INC."
