There is no signature, but likely produced in the early 20th century. |

The base and mount for the tube are all painted black. Both the stage clips are present, along with 1x objective and 1x eyepiece. The mirror is very clear. There is some minor wear mostly on the tube and eyepiece. There is some residue near the bottom of the tube arm. The device is unsigned. |
