Two symmetrical stainless steel blades are joined by a box lock to form scissor-like instrument; handles consist of two closed finger rings; shanks are flat on the interior and rounded on the exterior with ratchet closure near handles; fine jaws are of light conical style, and taper to blunt points; light transverse serrations run along full length of jaws; marked: "HASLAM -- STAINLESS -- MADE IN USA". |
