The case is of blond wood. One of the felt lined braces has broken off but it is still in the box. There are some scratches and smudges inside of the box. The seams on the top and bottom of the box are separating. One of the drawers is missing, while the other is present and contains 1x mirror, 1x jar of immersion oil (broken) in holder, 4x stage clips, 1x blue glass piece, and 1x objective case (jammed). This device is another Wild Heerbrugg microscope in the Benyo collection. There is no condenser, and parts of the stage are missing. There are 2x eyepieces mounted, but no objectives in the 4 slot rotating nosepiece. The finish is quite good but incommplete. There is some sort of condenser mounted, but on the bottom frame below the Abbe condenser slot. Binocular head serial number 10907. |
